Might I suggest adding a tiiiny bit of shadow on the right (his left) on his collar and suit when you get the chance? Add a little bit more form to the collar area.

But the rendering of his face is just gorgeous. Absolutely wonderful.

I'm really digging the illustrational quality of the distortion of the hands and facial features with dat awesome shading.
I find this piece quite sophisticated.

I don't know if you didn't notice or forgot or something, but I think it'd be a good idea to draw in between his fingers in the hand that's holding the lollipop. Just sayin'. c:
